These came well packaged, in a sealed pouch. They are easy to swallow but I've not noticed the claimed health benefits just yet, and assume it will take a few weeks before these are visible.So for this early review, these are a decent price but obviously take time, so if you're looking for something which can deliver immediate or quick health benefits then look at other options.

Small pills -easy to take. Excellent value for money. I like to take them both coming up to and immediately after a blood donation. They are easy on the stomach and good for restoring my energy levels.Good quality and I am happy to recommend.

These are great, they have a good amount of different vitamins alongside the Iron that your body needs. They are easy to swallow and there is plenty in the packet to last a considerable amount of time too making it fantastic value. The flavour isn't too bad, its not meant to be super tasty so I don't see it as entirely important but it was ok going down. I don't really know if my energy levels have improved but it hasn't caused any harm.
